1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

U.S. orders are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or Express
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International or Canada Post once cleared through customs.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Orders)

International shipments to Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at Customerservice@matchperfumesus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier regulations, we currently cannot ship fragrances to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option or a refund.

8. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Customerservice@matchperfumesus.com 

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

10. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund in original payment method. For assistance with a return, please contact our team at Customerservice@matchperfumesus.com before shipping your item back.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 Business Days of Receiving Returned Package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping fees and any promotional discounts applied to the original order are non-refundable.
